What to expect
As self-confessed perfectionists, we always ensure that we excell a brief in every design project we undertake. Keen to build a sincere relationship with our clients, we will work collaboratively with you from the initial enquiry stage and every step afterwards.
You can also make use of our extensive print/colour management skills as we are able to professionally prepare any finished artwork for press.
The graphic design process
Depending on your requirements, the process for your graphic design or branding project can take between 2 - 6 weeks. Once we have a better understanding of your brief, we will be able to provide a more accurate project timeline.
Discovery phase
We will begin the process by asking you to complete a questionnaire. Alongside this, we can also arrange a consultation meeting over the phone or via Zoom, so we can gauge an in-depth feel for your requirements.
As well as a delivery date, you will get a bespoke quote and contract provided to you via email. If you are happy with what has been outlined, we kindly ask you to return a signed copy of the contract along with 50% of the agreed fee. The remaining balance can be paid upon completion of the project.
Design phase
With all the information gathered in our initial communications and some independent market research, we will begin the design process.
You will be given the opportunity to provide feedback along the way, in order for us to work collaboratively towards the final designs.
Printing & Delivery
Once these have been signed off by you, we will arrange any printing and delivery, ensuring you are kept updated at every stage.
The remaining 50% of the agreed fee will need to be paid before anything is sent to print.
