The design process

Once we have a better understanding of your brief, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeline. 

Our design process takes place in three steps:

Discovery phase

The process will kickstart with us forming a solid understanding of your requirements and design brief. As well as a confirmation of the materials you want to create, we will ask you to complete a branding questionnaire, which will provide us with insight into your brand and business. This will ensure anything we design fits your image, values and goals. 

You will also have the option of a consultation meeting, which can take place over the phone or Zoom. 

Once we have gathered all the information we require, we will set out the deliverables in a contract and provide you with a quote for the work. If you are happy with what has been agreed, you will need to pay 50% of the cost before we begin. 

Design phase 

This next phase is where the magic happens! We’ll conduct some independent market research, and then use our findings to conceptualise some initial designs. 

We believe that a collaborative approach makes for a much smoother and longer-lasting relationship, so we welcome your feedback at this stage. Taking on board your comments, we’ll revisit, revise and reach a final design that works for your business and meets our high quality standards. 

Delivery phase 

We can arrange the print and delivery of any materials you require in hard-copy, ensuring you are kept informed at all stages of the process. 

If you have requested e-brochures or e-leaflets, we will also arrange to send these to you in a rich media format. 

Please note that the remaining 50% of the balance will need to be settled before any artwork is sent to print.
